Gift Guide for Guys

Why are guys always the most difficult to shop for? I often struggle to come up with gift ideas for my husband but this time I just enlisted his help to create this gift guide for guys. Many of these items are things that Eric owns, loves, and recommends to his own buddies. There are 50+ gift ideas in the widgets below and then towards the bottom of this post are other ideas that are either experience gifts or things I wouldn’t have links for.

In case you missed our other gift guides… Holiday Gift Guide for Toddlers, Holiday Gift Guide for Preschoolers, Holiday Gift Guide For Babies

  1. APL Shoes – My husband and I both have APLs and LOVE them. They are perfect for working out and also super comfy for every day shoes.
  2. Range Finder – I know that this is something that you use for golf but don’t ask me for any more details than that. My husband has this one and said I should def have it on the gift guide.
  3. Liquor Decanter – We bought one of these when we were in Prague (the city is famous for its crystal) and this one would be a beautiful addition to a bar.
  4. Bombas Socks – my husband and I are both OBSESSED with Bombas socks. I will say they are pretty pricey for socks BUT 1. they donate a pair of socks for every pair purchased and 2. they feel AMAZING.
  5. Solo Stove – this is the only thing in the photo that my husband does not have but I have heard amazing things about these because they are wood burning but SMOKELESS!
  6. Pair of Thieves – My husband swears by these boxer briefs (they also sell boxers and other types of men’s underwear). He says they last really well and are very comfortable.
  7. Adjustable Dumbells – We own this set for our basement gym and they are a great investment and cheaper than buying a whole individual set.
  8. Ice Chest Cooler – We bought this awesome ice chest over the summer for entertaining and backyard BBQs and we have already used it SO much! And the ice did not melt for literally 2 days in 80 degree weather!
  9. Solar Powered Outdoor Lights – Eric’s pride and joy are his kids outdoor lights. He has these set up in our backyard to spotlight our bushes and I will admit our backyard looks really pretty at night.
  10. Phone Case + Wallet – This is the phone case and wallet combo Eric has– it holds about 5-6 cards and cash.
  11. Ego Leaf Blower – Apparently the Ego line is pretty awesome because it uses rechargeable batteries with all it’s devices. Eric owns the blower, the lawnmower, and the snowblower. He loves them because you don’t have to mess around with gas.
  12. Magnetic Collar Stays – Eric insists that every guy should own these to keep your collar from flapping and getting flat and sloppy.
  13. Smart Plugs – Even I agree that these smart plugs are pretty awesome. They work with your phone, Alexa, and GoogleHome to turn on devices. No more going outside to plug your Christmas lights in, just use these! We also use them for some cabinet lighting in our family room. There are seriously SO many uses!
  14. Shirt Stay Suspenders – This is like the modern day version of a corset for men. So basically, the suspenders connect to the bottom of the shirt and the top of the socks and they keep your guy’s shirt from constantly getting untucked. Apparently this is a real struggle among men. Who knew?
  15. Mophie Charger – Eric and I both own a Mophie and they are great for charging your phone on the go– in meetings, on vacations, at concerts, etc.
  16. Nest Thermostat – This thermostat saves you money each year by learning your daily heating/cooling habits.
  17. Ego Lawnmower – As I said above in #11, this lawnmower operates on a rechargeable battery so you never have to have gas on hand.

In the widgets below are even more ideas!

Other ideas that you can’t simply buy online include:

  • Golf lessons
  • Golf clubs
  • Plan a weekend golf trip for him (and a spa weekend for you 😉 )
  • Audible subscription
  • Car window tints
  • Car detail (I have a service come to my home and they really take their time to leave your car pristine, check your area to see if there’s a similar service)
  • Whiskey/cigar/beer/scotch/wine of the month clubs
  • NFL Sunday Ticket (A DirecTV package that shows every football game every Sunday, Monday, Thursday)
  • Tickets to a sporting event
  • Tickets to a comedy show

Okay! That’s everything! Surely you can find something here for you husband, brother, dad, father in law, cousin, nephew, etc!
