Snuggle Sesh with my Littles

Hi friends, happy Tuesday! As I write this, it is the end of my Monday and oh em gee, it was exhausting!

Basically, my kids drove me crazyyyyy.

I ugly screamed at them. I cried to my husband. And overall I just felt pretty shitty about how the day went. I don’t tell you all this so that you feel bad for me. Today sucked but it’s just one day and they’re not all like this. In fact, most days are pretty damn good. And those pretty damn good days are the ones I want to remember.

I want to remember the sweet moments where I’m cuddling my [mostly] sweet children. Moments like the ones that Lindsay Chan Photography captured during our Mommy Studio Snuggle Session. We’ve taken photos with Lindsay before (you can see those HERE) and her photos are always SO beautiful, so I was really excited to get in her studio (yay for not having to clean my house!) with the kids to take some sweet + cuddly pics. Lindsay is currently booking Mommy Snuggle Studio Mini Sessions for Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 (online booking is available) in her Naperville studio! I was a little nervous with how Nathan would do during these photos because he is a wild and crazy boy. And I’d be lying if I said he was an angel during the session. In fact, there were a couple times when he stiffened his body surfboard style and refused to take photos, but Lindsay was amazing with him. She had distractions ready, played Baby Shark on her phone, and got photos of him smiling. She is clearly a miracle worker.

I’m in love with the photos and when I look at them I will think of the good moments + days that I have with my kids and the days like today will just fade away.
