Mommy Bucket List: Memorable Things to Do With Your Kids

December 18, 2015

plotkin family bucket list

Lists. I love lists and I make them for everything– grocery list, to do list, Christmas list, restaurant list. The list goes on and on! And I especially love a good bucket list. The other day a friend of mine on FaceBook posted a picture of her and her daughter baking together and I thought I can’t wait until I can bake with Olivia. So I decided to make a bucket list of things that I want to do with Olivia and any future children Eric and I may have. I want to have something to refer back to and remind myself not to get caught up in the day to day minutia of life, emails, cell phones, chores, errands, and constant running around. I want to remind myself to enjoy life and make the most of the very short time we have with our children while they’re still children. I encourage you to create your own list for or with your kids and maybe even hang it somewhere in your home as a daily reminder to inject your lives with a little fun and spontaneity! 🙂

I will keep this list posted on the blog and cross the items off as we complete them and I’ll be adding items as I think of more. And of course, please comment and let me know if you have any other ideas for me!
