Hi friends! We’re only a few weeks away from Valentine’s Day, and like I said last week, it may not be a big holiday for some, but I always enjoy seeing and making things a little festive around here. (Full disclosure: my Valentine’s Day decorations went up the same day that my Christmas decorations came down!) My mom has always put up Valentine’s Day decorations around the house and also puts together a cute little basket of Valentine’s goodies for me (hashtag spoiled only child 🙂 ). I love how my mom makes everything so special and I want to continue that with Olivia.
I’ve already put up some decorations around the house and have plans to decorate the doorway to Olivia’s room with streamers for when she wakes up (yes, I know I’m probably over the top, but whatevs). I picked up a ton of goodies from the Target Dollar Spot (obvi), so definitely go check out your local Target before they run out of all the best stuff.
And in the meantime, I’ve rounded up a few fun things for the little ones to make this Valentine’s Day just a little more festive. It’s not working out so well because she’s still stuck on saying “Happy Ha-ween” and “Merry Tismas.” 🙂
