Hello Friends! I hope your week is going well and cheers to being thisclose to the weekend! I took the last couple of days off from blogging just to take a break after Olivia’s fun birthday weekend (more on that in another post) and then yesterday I had to take our pup to the vet because she wasn’t feeling well. It was the first time I ever took Olivia to the vet with me and I have to say it’s not something I’m looking forward to doing with her again any time soon. She was pretty good for the first ten minutes as she intently watched the doctor examine our doggy and I thought this isn’t so bad. But then she started whining because she wanted to turn off the light switch (thanks to Daddy for teaching her that), then she started throwing herself backwards and making her whole body go slack so she could slither down onto the floor. I tried to distract her with snacks, which of course found their way into a corner covered in dog and cat hair, but mommy wasn’t quite fast enough to catch her before she put the fuzz covered yogurt melt in her mouth. Ew.

But anyway, I am back in full force and super excited for spring, obvi! We’ve been having some incredibly warm weather for March and have been taking advantage of it with walks to the park and sitting on our front porch. And I am living for the extra hour of daylight now! Oh and remember that wagon that was on my Friday Favs a couple weeks ago? Well, Olivia got it for her birthday and it is awesome! It’s super cute, she loved it, and the best part is that it folds up and fits in your car. Highly recommend it!

I don’t typically decorate for Easter, but I do love adding a few spring touches here and there around the house. And with the official first day of spring in just a few days, I thought I’d share a few spring fling things I desperately want need.

I have that egg crate in white (it comes in white, teal, and blue) and I love how the design on the side looks like chicken wire– so cute! The ceramic pitcher has that farmhouse feel that I love and I have a similar one that I always use as a vase for flowers. And am I the only one that’s obsessed with that adorable mixing bowl and spoon??!

What about you? How do you decorate your home for spring?
