Hip Hip Hooray A Baby Is On the Way!

FINALLY! You guys, I’ve been keeping quite the secret from you. Are you ready for it? It’s been so hard not to say anything, but I’m SUPER excited to announce that we are having a baby! Baby number 2 is officially on its way, due at the end of November. We can’t wait to meet this little boy or girl growing in my tummy! And no, we don’t know what we’re having and we won’t find out either! 🙂

I am just out of the first trimester and feeling human again! Phew! For a few weeks I was dealing with some nausea and was feeling oh-so tired! My husband can probably attest to the fact that aside from keeping Olivia alive, not much else got done during those weeks. I don’t remember feeling as tired the first time around as I did this time. Which also explains why I was so MIA on the blog! But overall, the first trimester went by without a hitch. Yay!

Meanwhile, my tummy has already started to pop, but I’m still in that awkward stage where I could be pregnant but it could also be the after effects of Taco Tuesday. 😉 I am so looking forward to warmer weather and the flowy dresses that come with it because I am tired of using a rubber band to keep my pants buttoned. #thestruggleisreal

You Were The First | Hello in There | Olivia A Guide to Being a Big Sister | I’m A Big Sister

We’ve also started to tell Olivia about how she is going to be a big sister. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t quite understand it, but she sounds damn cute when she says, “I’m going to be a big sister!” But then there are times when we ask her if she wants a baby brother or sister and she says no. Haha! The next six months will be filled with lots of big sister books like the ones above and telling her that mommy has a baby in her tummy.
